I’ve always been a staunch advocate for lifelong learning. While our educational journeys often start with formal schooling, they shouldn't end there. Even with two graduate degrees under my belt, I've realized that structured education isn't the only path to professional growth. In the workplace, continuous development, especially in mastering interpersonal skills, plays a pivotal role.

One area receiving significant attention from employers is soft skills training1 .  As the workplace evolves, abilities like effective teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership have become crucial. Many of the video-centric, meeting-overload trends post-pandemic leave employees exhausted3 .  The soft-skills we’ve learned through a lifetime of in-person work no longer serve us as well as they used to. It’s time for us to learn again.
