A Founder's Note of Gratitude

Gratitude from the Frontlines of Building an AI Company

There's something powerful about stepping back from the daily grind of building a company to simply say "thank you." As the year draws to a close, I find myself reflecting on this incredible journey of building Attrove. They say startups are marathons, not sprints. But what they don't tell you is that no founder runs this marathon alone.

I often find myself riding the line between delusional and visionary: that feature will be amazing...if it can work and people actually use it. It's this remarkable community that keeps me grounded and helps turn those visions into reality. Today, I want to acknowledge the village that's made our progress possible.

One of the most humbling and magical aspects of this journey has been discovering just how willing people are to help. Time and again, when I've reached out—whether to potential customers, advisors, or industry veterans— I’ve been amazed by their generosity. A quick coffee chat turns into hours of invaluable insights. A simple question leads to introductions that open new doors. That willingness to help others succeed, often without expecting anything in return, reveals the best of human nature. It's a kind of magic that makes the startup ecosystem truly special.

To Attrove's early beta users: thank you for trying an imperfect product. Your willingness to test early features, provide candid feedback, and stick with us as we iterate has been invaluable. Every improvement we've made started with your insights. Even if you logged on for just a few minutes, your feedback has helped shape this rough idea and prototype into a shippable service.

A special note to Garrett, our founding engineer who took the leap to join this adventure: your energy and passion is transforming our vision into reality. And to Husam, Isaac, and Austin, who contributed to our earliest foundations: thank you for helping us take our first steps. While we're continuing to build something incredible together, it's amazing to see how far we've already come.

To our advisors, Mukesh & Jordan, along with other mentors who've offered wisdom, opened doors, and occasionally delivered much-needed reality checks: your guidance has helped us avoid countless pitfalls and think bigger than we dared. We're just getting started, and your continued support means everything.

Finally, to my family who've endured countless conversations about AI and workplace inefficiencies: your unwavering support has been my foundation. And to my wife, who's mastered the art of knowing when I need encouragement versus when I need to step away from the keyboard: you keep me human.

We've only taken our first few steps, and the road ahead is long. But today, I'm simply thankful for this remarkable community that believes in our vision of organizational AI in the workplace—making powerful tools accessible and useful for everyone, not just technical teams. We're building toward a future where every employee can harness AI to work smarter and focus on what truly matters.

Here's to the journey ahead, and to all of you who make it worthwhile.

Happy Thanksgiving.
